Centera360 started with a simple observation: India's mobile retailers were drowning in disconnected tools. This is the story of how the idea was born - and the everyday problems that sparked it.
How the idea was born. There was no single, centralised system for running a store. Employee data, tasks, payroll and HR activities, company policies, sales and MIS reports - each one lived in a different place, and none of them talked to each other.
To get through the day, store owners stitched together whatever they could - manual paperwork, Excel sheets, and a separate tool for every job. The result? Scattered data, repeated effort, human errors, and no clear view of how the business was actually performing.
The problems we set out to solve:
