Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions of the Centera360 platform operated by Centera Labs Private Limited. We aim to be fair and transparent in all billing matters.

1. Free Trial

  • Centera360 offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
  • No credit card or payment information is required to start a trial
  • At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your access will be paused
  • Your trial data is preserved for 30 days after the trial ends

2. Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹5,000/month per company (plus applicable GST)
  • Billing occurs on the same date each month as your initial subscription
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • GST-compliant invoices are generated for every payment

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain full access to all features until the end of the paid period
  • After the paid period ends, your account will be paused (read-only access for 30 days)
  • After 30 days of pause, your data will be permanently deleted

4. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • Service outage: If Centera360 is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the downtime period
  • Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same billing period, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full
  • Billing error: If you are charged after cancellation or during a free trial, the erroneous charge will be refunded in full

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Partial month usage — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for early cancellation within a billing cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with features — we encourage using the 14-day free trial to evaluate the platform before subscribing
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal — cancellation must be initiated before the renewal date

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your registered email address and company name
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Transaction ID or invoice number (if available)

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay
  • Bank processing times may vary (additional 2-5 business days)
